LU6200 USIM Card is not working after Reboot

i also get error {sign in to phone please retype your password} only first time after rom install and
first time when i install the new sphinx rom usim card works normal when i reboot the phone it stops working please give me the solution of it thanx

google cũng hiểu sơ sơ, kiểu như lần đầu cài + đăng nhập bình thường âu đó reboot thì mất sóng ?
